Quotations

Prices, order sizes, lead times, commercial terms and shipping terms are stated in the written quotation for each enquiry. The quotation is the controlling commercial document; the terms on this page describe the general basis of trade only.

Guide prices on this website

Guide prices shown with selected styles are indicative USD figures reproduced from our product catalogues. They are not offers and are subject to specification, quantity, Incoterms and order date.

Samples and approvals

Volume production follows approval of a pre-production sample. Approved sample specifications, including fabric, protection level, colour, labelling and packaging, form the quality baseline for the order.

Protection levels and standards

Protective ratings quoted for any garment are those confirmed in writing for that specification. Where our test documentation covers a different sample scope, we state this before the order is placed. Buyers remain responsible for verifying that the selected protection level matches their risk assessment and regulatory requirements.

Intellectual property

Our designs, technical documentation, photographs and catalogue content remain our property. Buyer brand marks and artwork supplied for OEM or ODM production remain the buyer’s property and are used only to fulfil the order.

Warranty

Warranty and after-sales terms are set out in the sales contract for each order and handled through your dedicated account manager.

The specification approved in the pre-production sample - fabric, protection level, colour, labelling and packaging - is the quality baseline against which any claim is assessed. No warranty period is stated on this website: the applicable duration and remedy are those written into the order documentation for your programme.

Care and maintenance conditions

Hand or machine washing is stated for second- and third-generation products. Garments with a removable ballistic core require the core to be removed before cleaning, and second-generation laminate-only products require professional cleaning. The protective core contains aramid and UHMWPE only - no metal, no fibreglass and no steel wire.

Where a cleaning method or an alteration to a protective panel falls outside the specification approved for your order, the position is confirmed to you in writing before production starts.

Claims and after-sales

Quality claims should be raised on receipt and supported by photographs, packing list and order reference. Confirmed manufacturing defects are resolved by replacement or credit as agreed in the order documentation.

Test reports and certificates (PDF, on request), factory audit documentation (BSCI / SEDEX), product specification sheets and material composition statements are provided for your compliance file.
