How a programme runs

Contract and sampling
After the commercial terms are agreed we produce a pre-production sample for your approval, including labelling and packaging artwork.
Volume production and inspection
Production runs against the approved sample with in-line and final inspection, following the 32-step standardised process behind our protective composite.
Shipping and after-sales
Export packing, shipping documents and after-sales handling. Any quality issue found on arrival is resolved with replacement or credit.
