Product & protection
What is the difference between stab-proof, cut-resistant and ballistic protection?+
Stab resistance measures resistance to a pointed blade or spike penetrating the panel, cut resistance measures resistance to a blade sliding across the material, and ballistic protection measures resistance to projectiles. The 4-in-1 flagship vest combines all three, while the two-in-one range focuses on cut and abrasion resistance.
Will the apparel pass airport or building security screening?+
Yes. The protective cores use aramid and UHMWPE only - no metal, no fibreglass and no steel wire - so garments can be screened normally.
How heavy and thick is the armour?+
The third-generation composite runs from 0.5 to 1.5 kg per garment at 1-2 mm thickness, with 0.5-2 m2 of coverage. The flagship stab-proof shirt is roughly 0.6 kg at 1-2 mm and covers shoulders to waist.
How should the garments be washed?+
Hand or machine washing is stated for second- and third-generation products. Garments with a removable ballistic core require the core to be removed first; second-generation laminate-only products require professional cleaning.
Is the protection area adjustable?+
Coverage is defined by the style. Business and covert styles concentrate protection on the vital organs for a low profile, while overt jackets and coats extend coverage across the neck, shoulders and arms.

Certification & testing
Which standards do you hold test documentation for?+
Our published register includes SGS reports under EN 388 (puncture level 4 and blade cut level 5), a third-party EN ISO 11393-2:2019 class 1 result for chainsaw trousers, NIJ 0115.00 stab testing and GA 68-2024 for the police range, plus BSCI and SEDEX factory audits.
Do you name the tested product on the certificates?+
The report scope must be confirmed against the certificate originals. Our SGS reports are titled for protective gloves against mechanical risks, so we present EN 388 figures as test data and confirm in writing how they apply to the garment you order.
Can we see the original reports?+
Yes. Procurement teams receive the report pack for the styles under evaluation, along with material data, the insurance certificate on request and the factory audit records.

Ordering & commercial
What order quantities do you work with?+
Send the quantity you are planning and we quote against it. Trial and pilot orders can be discussed alongside volume pricing so you can validate materials, fit and finishing before committing to a large run. Order size, unit price, lead time and shipping terms are confirmed together in the written quotation.
How long does production take?+
Lead time depends on the style, protection level and quantity, so it is confirmed in the quotation together with the shipping terms. Sampling is scheduled after specification sign-off.
How are price and terms agreed?+
This site is an enquiry channel, not a checkout. Send your specification and quantity and we return a written quotation covering unit price, order size, lead time, shipping terms and the sampling plan in one document.
Can you manufacture under our own brand?+
Yes. OEM and ODM programmes cover colour, size grading, logos, labels, hang tags, packaging and documentation. We produce a pre-production sample for approval before volume production.
Are the catalogue prices binding?+
No. Guide prices published with selected styles are indicative USD figures. The binding price is the one stated in your quotation, which reflects the specification, quantity, shipping terms and order date.
Can you supply to a public tender?+
We support tender bids with specifications, test documentation, audit records and our product liability certificate. Tell us the tender requirement and we confirm compliance in writing.
Can I get samples or fabric swatches before ordering?+
A free sample fabric set is offered so you can verify hand-feel. Sample garments are arranged during the sampling step, with terms agreed in the sales contract.
What is your warranty and after-sales policy?+
Warranty and after-sales terms are set out in the sales contract for each order and handled through your dedicated account manager.
Which markets do you ship to?+
We ship internationally and have working partners in the United States, Italy, Canada, Germany and Indonesia. Destination-specific shipping terms are confirmed in your quotation.
